Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 6 business days during peak periods. All orders will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that with COVID-19 affecting all businesses, there may be delays with orders being processed. There may also be shipping, customs and clearance delays with Australia Post, click here for updates on COVID-19 impacts.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item at our expense if we have sent you the wrong design, size or colour. Exchanges will not be granted for a different product.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, you can return the item at your own expense and we will send out a replacement size (if available) once the item has been received and inspected. All returns must be in the same condition as we sent it (unused and undamaged) and the the swing tag must not be removed. If the item is deemed used or damaged, we can not exchange it.

Refunds
 (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 14 days of receiving the products with pictures of the damaged items and the swing tag must not be removed. We only refund damaged or defective items, we don't refund for change of mind or items that have been damaged by you. Upon the return of the damaged item, we will inspect the item and ship out a replacement if the item is deemed damaged, and if the product is available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We are also not responsible if you have entered the address incorrectly, and the parcel is lost. In most cases it is returned to us by Australia Post, in this event, we will contact you and re-send the item once you've confirmed the address. We use Australia Post to ship all of our orders, with tracking information provided on every order.
