Returns Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or order the wrong size. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a problem or defect.

This is when the item:

  • damaged and/or defective
  • was a different item to the item you ordered
  • was a different size to what you ordered 

    If you order the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, you can request an exchange by sending an email to with your request.

    We can only exchange an item/s if they are in stock.
    We do not cover postage costs for returns due to change of mind or you order the incorrect size.
    We will only fulfil the request when the original item has been returned to us and is in a new and unused condition.
